Wednesdays tend to drag and drone on, so we thought we'd dump a couple of news items into your brain/ RSS giving you something to ponder as you leg out the rest of the day. These tidbits range from interesting to amusing to mildly repulsive. Start your brain engines!
1.) Jay-Z to produce "Annie" remake, starring Willow Smith: Variety confirmed that Willow Smith will star in the remake of "Annie"!!! Ten years ago Jay-Z made the smash single "Hard Knock Life," which featured the then-surprising sample from the Broadway smash. Today he's producing a film remake. I think Jay-Z won, guys.
2.) Justin Bieber on the cover of "Love" magazine: Here he is on the cover of "Love" magazine. I feel like Bieber knows all my secrets.
3.) "Glee" creator Ryan Murphy and Kings Of Leon get into media beef. Ryan Murphy asked Kings Of Leon for a song and they said, "no," and then Ryan got mad and then Kings Of Leon's drummer got feisty and the Ryan got offended and the Kings Of Leon's drummer apologized. In other news, my best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Ferris pass out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious.
4.) Lady Gaga's Perfume Will Smell...Distinctive: As in, "blood and semen." Ew. So, in other words, it'll smell like "Bad Romance." This is pretty close to what we assumed Gaga's perfume would smell like.
